THE RETREAT
Our exclusive one day yoga retreat is hosted by both Yvette Meredith and Natalie Coleman. A duo that, between them, has an expansive amount of knowledge covering yoga and far beyond. You could not be in safer or friendlier hands. There will be one whole day of yoga that will encourage you to be strong, to be brave and to set you up with confidence for the coming year ahead. You can take the day as energetically or as chilled out as you please, the beauty being that with 2 teachers we are able to offer you teaching at 2 different levels at the same time by splitting into groups. The choice will be yours to take whichever teaching level you feel is more suited to the person that counts the most… YOU.
WHY SHOULD YOU COME?
These retreats are exclusive as Yvette and Natalie only host events together every once in a while. It’s a day-long yoga retreat to offer you a fully immersive day of yoga. Once we are at our beautiful location and inside our gorgeous (underfloor heated) studio, we leave the world behind us and spend the day together, doing yoga, smiling, learning, lunching and laughing. As always Josie is our wonderful chef and will make you feel as though you have just stepped into her cozy little kitchen whilst she offers up some of her legendary, scrumptious food.

THE SCHEDULE
Arrival anytime from 08:30
Settle in, meet each other and pop down your yoga mat
we start yoga at 09:00 when Yvette & Natalie will take you on your yoga journey
12:00 time to test out Josie’s wonderful food, to chat or to just relax
13:00 more yoga
16:00 temporary goodbyes, as we will meet again
