Every class caters to all abilities and posture variations will always be given to ensure everyones practice is both safe & progressive. The focus of our classes is to move freely, harnessing strength, flexibility and balance in unison while always keeping peace and clarity in our minds. We seek with correct alignment & great technique, practicing mindfully, being aware of our bodies & listening to what they tell us so we protect ourselves from harm & keep our yoga practice for life.
